WARRANT

Around 10:30 p.m. on May 12, while working a fixed post at the Bel-Air Motor Inn, 2154 Hartford Ave., Johnston Police observed a red Dodge Nitro exit the parking lot without an inspection sticker on the front windshield.

The vehicle was detained in the area of 2100 Hartford Ave., and made contact with the driver, Dennis Horton. Santurri identified a passenger in the vehicle as Tiffany Wilding, of 2154 Hartford Ave., Apt. 6, Johnston. 

A check through DMV records indicated that the vehicle’s registration was suspended. A subsequent check through the Rhode Island Law Enforcement Telecommunications System showed that Wilding had an active arrest warrant out of Cranston Police Department. 

Wilding was taken into custody, transported to police headquarters, processed and turned over to Cranston Police. Horton was issued a Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal summons for Operation of Vehicle When Registration is Suspended and No Inspection Sticker. 

At 12:56 p.m. on May 11, Cranston Police arrested Justin L. Gray, 46, of 148 Suffolk St., Providence, on a Cranston Police Arrest Warrant for Shoplifting as a result of a warrant pick-up. Gray transferred to Third District Court for arraignment.

At 12:56 p.m. on May 11, Cranston Police arrested Matthew Johnson, 31, of 23 Fair St., Warwick, on a Cranston Police Arrest Warrant for Domestic Simple Assault & Domestic Disorderly Conduct as a result of a warrant pick-up. Johnson was transferred to Third District Court for arraignment.

At 12:35 p.m. on May 11, Cranston Police arrested Alex Depaz, 18, of 105 Florence St., Providence, on a Cranston Police Arrest Warrant for Domestic Disorderly Conduct as a result of a warrant pick-up by Rhode Island State Police. Depaz was transferred to Third District Court for arraignment.

At 7:44 a.m. on May 10, Cranston Police arrested Isaac Perez Santos, 30, of 104 Bowdoin St., Apt. 3, Providence, on a Cranton Police Department A&A for Domestic Simple Assault (third offense of greater), Domestic Disorderly Conduct (third offense or greater), and Violation of a No Contact Order (third offense or greater). The arrest was the result of the RHode Island Fugitive Task Force arresting Santos and being turned over at headquarters. Santos was transported to Third District Court for arraignment.

At 7:15 a.m. on May 9, Cranston Police arrested Aryonna Garedo, 30, of 37 Lynch St., Apt. 4, Providence, on a Cranston Police Department A&A for Manufacturing/Possessing/Delivering Schedule I/II Fentanyl, Manufacturing/Possessing/Delivering Schedule I/II Crack Cocaine, and Controlled Substance Conspiracy. The arrest was the result of Garedo turning herself in at headquarters. Garedo was transported to Third District Court for arraignment.


VANDALISM

At 11:55 a.m. on May 9, Cranston Police arrested Wensler Borgella, 39, of 7 Sprague Ave., Cranston, on charges of vandalism/malicious injury to property after investigation, identification and issuance of a Cranston Police Department affidavit and arrest warrant. Borgella was held for arraignment.

At 7:45 a.m. on May 9, Cranston Police arrested Deekster Giron, 33, of 102 Hyde St., Cranston, on charges of Domestic Vandalism and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of officers responding to a disturbance at 102 Hyde St. Giron was transported to Third District Court for arraignment.
