On 7/4/23, at 0203 hours, Officers arrested Jordan Decosta, (32), of 25 Maple Street Apt. #1, Cranston, RI, for (1) count of Driving Under the Influence (2nd Offense) - BAC Unknown, (1) count of Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test (2nd Offense), and (1) count of Driving With a Suspended License - Certain Violations.
