to consider a proposed amendment, Ordinance No. 2-21-01 to the Zoning Ordinance and the Official Zoning Map to change the zoning for certain property located on 0 Pepper Mill Lane and known as Assessor’s Plat 35, Lot 13 (the “Property”) as zoned A-80.  The subject properties are depicted on the enclosed map.

The applicant is requesting a change of zone for Assessor’s Plat 35, Lot 13 (the “Property”) from A-80 to A-20 Single Family Residential Dwellings. The application states that the property is to be used for “Single Family Residential Dwellings”.

Pursuant to R.I.G.L. 45-23-53(A)(5), these proposed regulations may be altered or amended prior to the close of the public hearing without further advertising, as a result of further study or because of the views expressed at the public hearing, provided that any such alteration or amendment must be presented for comment in the course of the public hearing.
