Wildes Corner third bank – Bank Newport – held a soft opening Monday. A formal ribbon cutting and celebration is planned from 9 a.m. to noon on December 4. This is the bank’s 20th location and its first Warwick branch. The office, formerly Citizens Bank that moved across West Shore Road to the Dave’s Fresh Marketplace plaza, has gotten a facelift along with giant-sized photos of branch staff members.
