NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing, where a vote will be taken, will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, beginning at 6:00 P.M., and located at the City of Warwick Police Department Community Room, located at 99 Veterans Memorial Drive, Warwick, RI 02886.   The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a Major Land Development/Subdivision Project requesting a Preliminary approval. The Applicant is proposing to merge two (2) lots into (1), and construct one 491,496 SF +/- warehouse/ distribution facility, with associated parking and loading areas, on the subject parcel.
