Who is the unnamed medical expert who extorts living with gunfire eight to twelve hours a day is harmless?

In the article Residents continue to speak out against Cranston’s Academy Training Complex, Major Todd Patalano slanders Dr. Patricia Ricci, a psychiatrist, board certified in both psychiatry and neurology.

Patalano insinuated Dr. Ricci lied; that she was a plant, ‘suspect’, working on behalf of the Meshanticut residents. He states the Cranston Police did their own investigation into the effects of hearing gunfire. And, that the CPD investigation shows there is no evidence to suggest the ‘alleged effects’ —cardiovascular disease, immune disorders, anxiety — presented by Dr. Ricci is true.

Who is the mystery expert that the CPD consulted with? Why did this person go unnamed when the physical and mental health of hundreds of residents and thousands of schoolchildren is on the line?

To this mystery expert, I ask, please come forward. Myself, and the other residents being harmed by the daily barrage of gunfire, need to speak with you.
