Dr., that is why the democrats shoved Obamacare down our throats when they did. They decided that if they got it through, it would be so complex and rife with problems that the only solution would be what they really wanted all along....single payer. They have been dreaming of that for decades. That is why Obamacare is such a mess. They knew it wouldn't work but once passed there would be few solutions.
We cannot have a socialized medical system like Canada and the UK. You can either have quality healthcare or healthcare for everyone. Not both.
