Congratulations to James Kozusko who is receiving $17,000 worth of "free education", but be honest, it isn't "free", it's "taxpayer-paid". This one lucky student is costing the taxpayers $17,000 and he is one of many. Can taxpayers afford this "free education"?
Multiply his tuition times a few thousand other students and the answer is a clear and loud "NO!"
At the very least it should not be called "free". It should be called "Taxpayer-Paid".
