Report Inappropriate Comments

While the Idea of Service animals is a true and legitimate program and even "Emotional support Animals have an honest purpose? There are way too many people abusing the system. These are the people who take their "Pet" into stores and restaurants claiming them to be "Service Animals" and the animal has no such training whatsoever. THESE people should be fined and cited . Unfortunately the owners of true service animals are discriminated against, questioned and denied access because of other people scamming the system.

Granted service animals must go through a training program where they must learn the skills to be a service animal and will make mistakes, but after a reasonable time period if the animal is still untrained it is obviously not fit for service work and the owner is just scamming the system.
