Dear Justanidiot,

I was at their grand opening. It was by invitation only. I did a mortgage for the owner John Reedy and one of his bartenders, Tammy. There were about 600 invited people that night. I decided to go dressed as Santa Claus believing that it was a costume of respect. You can only imagine my shock and awe as I walked through the door only to realize that I was the only one in a costume. My only saving grace was in the fact that no one recognized it was me. Until now.

Mardi Gras was and is a great night club. But night clubs are on the way out sadly. The liability a driver has when he/she has 2 drinks in him/her is just too great. I don't disagree with it. It's just too bad we all can't depend on public transportation like in New York City, in cases like this. Isn't Mardi Gras in Cranston?

Happy Valentines old friend.
