Report Inappropriate Comments

Last summer I was sitting in a parking lot watching a person with his cup and sign saying he was homeless. At some point he must have decided that particular parking lot was not going to be a lucrative venue. I watched him put his sign and cup in the back seat of his BMW.

If panhandling is your thing, then like any other form of "income", there should be regulations.

A state wide ordinance of some type creating zones away from busy intersections to apply their trade might be a move in the right direction.
