Let's face it.

MANY people can be credited for predicting this mess. Avedisian wasn't very careful to hide what was really going on. When David Laplant stole hundreds of items by buying them with the City-of-Warwick checking account it proved only one of two things.

1. Avedisian knew - in which case he is an accomplice to massive theft, or

2. Avedisian didn't know - in which case he had people stealing right under his nose and didn't see it.

Either way, Avedisian HAD TO GO! And he did.

Let's now focus on the present and the future. The only question readers should ask is this: Are we better off today? I think we are. Much better off than when Avedisian was Mayor. Much. Our Council, our School Committee and our Mayor are better. So is our future.
