How about you do something unique and NOT raise taxes to solve this. (You are all to blame btw). CUT CUT CUT expenditures. When is the last time an analysis was done of the needs for:
# of Firefighters. (Don't take their work for it).
# of police. Crime rate is way down. Far less bars and drugs in Warwick than in the 80s. Violent crime is way, way down.
# of teachers. We've been closing schools but we still have too many teachers.
Also, STOP giving the unions a 3% raise every damned year. We cannot afford it. It has a domino effect with their pensions.
