crazy corrente "daily delusion" that of ALL THINGS avedisian should have known about he cites the one major thing that he shouldn't, a matter of school oversight that is not the purview of the city council or the mayor. The process does not even allow the City to oversee expenditures within the school department at a level that would have revealed the theft in the maintenance department. That was a school department problem, and thankfully it is solved even though some of us would have liked to see actual jail time instead of a typical Rhode Island "suspended sentence" and "restitution" who knows if we taxpayers will ever get.
