Whatever Cushman's culpability may have been regarding a WTU contract has no bearing on whether or not he was right on the fiscal realities of the city. I also saw on Twitter tonight a 2011 GoLocalProv article from Russell Moore that laid out the Warwick nightmare. There was plenty of warning but the electorate was too dumb to pay attention. It will be interesting to hear the interviews of public union retirees that bashed the people giving the warnings when a Federal judge okay's a 50% cut to their pensions. Who will they blame?
