Once again Robert posts contractually earned statistics that were earned by the individual. I will once again say have the city buy the software to alleviate the pencil and paper.
Once again they aren't the only department keeping checks and balances using this method but he has such a hard on he just repeats, repeats, repeats.
The municipal employee get a buyout, the police department gets a buyout but it's never mentioned . If it's truly about saving money tell the whole truth.
Case in point a high level officer of the PD can put his retirement papers and use comp time to leave sometimes 3-6 months early while still on the books increasing their % and what are they allowed to do? They are allowed to promote someone into that position immediately causing us the taxpayer to pay 2 individuals for the price of one. That seems right ?
No other department is allowed to do that not even Robert's precious FD.
I am retired and a Warwick resident and agree our choices for mayor have been limited. I'm also thinking this mayor is one term because he is part of the problem.
I also agree an overhaul of the council is needed and that Merolla, Travis and Ladoucuer need to go. I hate to say it but someone is right regarding term limits.
