Solomon is only doing what he has always done and worked for him to get elected mayor and that's to feign ignorance, deflect and blame. It's par for the course for the guy. They are all culpable yet the residents of this city put their heads in the sand and vote the architects of this debacle back in. Friends have already moved out in to surrounding cities. My kids are going to school in different districts. It's a shame, we moved here because we were told it was a great city with a great school district and it was a great place to raise a family but turns out not to be the case.
