it will also be interesting what those who were/are on the council and finance committee have to say for themselves. that will be nauseatingly entertaining.
an unbalanced, debt-laden city that cant pay it's bills AND replace schools, roads, fire apparatus, etc, is not good for anybody. imagine really high taxes and still cant replace anything. so our city keeps falling apart while we pay huge and increasing tax bills. and there is no way out of it.
God help us all.
