So you say there is no public corruption. So explain this. Go back and listen to the budget hearings of 2016 when the mayor the fire chief and the finance director with vigorously questioned pertaining to the unbalanced mathematics on the unused sick time. Upon multiple questions nobody could explain the unreconciled mathematics. Yet sitting at that table and in the audience were all of the people who signed the Secret side deal and all of the people who administered and processed the checks. Yet no one volunteered the information to reconcile the mathematics of the questions at hand. Why?
