LOL! This State's budget is $10B dollars, what do plan on cutting? Put another way, look at Warwick's financial mess...How do plan on fixing that? That's what I thought....crickets....1m people, maybe less, by the time Census gets here, 1.200 square miles, 10 billion dollars...Makes no sense...Good luck......Just pander, the idiots always go for that...
