Yes, I was shocked when I saw these a few months back and very bothered by one of the coach's behavior along with all the sensitive information on children and commentaries made at the meetings. So, under OPRA regulations when something is sealed it is no longer part of public record here in RI. What this article fails to mention, is that if you have the browser address....it can STILL be pulled up!
