‘Peter Pan Jr.’ at St. Mary’s

THE DARLINGS: Prior to the performance of “Peter Pan Jr.” at St. Mary’s School in Cranston, the Darling children – Michael (Marcus Colantonio), John (Sullivan Cummins) and Wendy (Alexandria Dayacap) – posed for a photograph along with Peter Pan (Zachary Mallozzi) and Tinkerbelle (Lily Schattle).

A PIRATE’S LIFE: These 20 students were part of the 200-member cast that put on two productions of the play.

AMONG THE FAIRIES AND MERMAIDS: Pictured among the Fairies and Mermaids in the production of “Peter Pan Jr.” are director Erin Caluori Clark and St. Mary’s School Principal Lisa Lepore.

TICK TOCK: Fighting off the Crocodile, played by Alec Baldino, were Captain Hook, played by Anthony Lautieri, and his first mate Mr. Smee, played by Emmett Cummins.

On April 12, St. Mary’s School in Cranston was jam-packed with parents and friends for the school-wide production of “Peter Pan Jr.” The production was based on the play “Peter Pan” by J.M. Barrie and the 1953 Disney film. Under the direction of Erin Caluori Clark, the production consisted of approximately 200 students. The two-act play featured student stars Zachary Mallozzi as Peter Pan, Alexandria Dayacap as Wendy, Anthony Lautieri as Captain Hook and Lily Schattle as Tinkerbelle.
