The class 2017 at Cranston High School East held a yard sale and car wash fundraiser in front of the school on Oct. 8. Car wash proceeds went towards the senior class. The class raised $488 to go to its events, such as prom. Mrs. Kampper’s anatomy classes also had section of the yard sale. Their proceeds will be donated to Doctors Without Borders, in order to provide relief for the current Nigerian famine crisis. (Herald photos by Steve Popiel)
