LDI Pro holding charity event for 3 local non-profits

Posted

Anne Mulhall, owner of LDI Pro, has always had a place in her heart and in her life for giving back and helping others. From her experiences in casting, running her own nonprofit, Al's Moving Minds, and working in the areas of domestic violence and elder care, Anne is regularly contracted to speak locally about her experience and insight in these areas and how each of these relate to all of us on a higher level.

Talk the Talk is this year’s “Motivated To Act” charity event that LDI holds regularly. Past events like, “Meals For Monologues,” donations were collected for the Rhode Island Community Food Bank; a past holiday party collected gifts for teens living in group homes through Foster Forward; personal items for domestic violence victims at Elizabeth Buffum Chace Center; volunteers for Al’s Moving Minds and the list goes on.

Special guests include actor/teacher Fred Sullivan, actor/teacher Eric Lutes, representatives from WSM Talent Agency and The Wilbury Theatre.

Talk the Talk iscollecting for three local charities this year: Animal Rescue Rhode Island (shelter food for dogs and cats); Domestic Violence Resource Center, Gifts of Hope program (gift cards); and Project Hand Up (food/toiletries).

Sign up to perform your talent and the “registration fee” is a donation to one of the three non-profit organizations chosen for this year. Recite a monologue, sing a song, play an instrument, dance a little. You can bring friends, too. The ticket in is also a donation to one of the charities.

Time and space is limited so get your spot today. For more information visit www.ldipro.com/talkthetalk.
