Belin and/or Lori Jean Skiffington, will be sold to the highest bidder at public sale, April 18, 2024, 10:30 a.m., SHM Cowesett, LLC d/b/a Safe Harbor Cowesett (SHM), 100 Folly Landing, Warwick, RI 02886. SHM asserts lien on vessel of $ 8,503.68 plus collection costs and has right to credit-bid and/or bid at sale. Sold where-is/as-is with all faults and without any express/implied warranties. Vessel must be paid for in full in cash or certified funds at time of sale and contractually agreed to be removed from premises within 10 days of title transfer approval.
