ASSAULT

On Feb. 5 at 11:25 p.m., Officers Corvese and Travers arrested Reinaldo Leon, 30, of 438 Dyer Ave. No. 2 in Cranston, for simple assault and battery, resisting legal or illegal arrest and disorderly conduct as a result of a disturbance at 438 Dyer Ave. No. 2. Leon was then held for arraignment.

Officers Corvese and Travers arrested Amanda Leon, 29, of 438 Dyer Ave. No. 2, Cranston on Feb. 5 at 11:25 p.m. for domestic simple Assault/Battery. Her arrest is also the result of a disturbance at 438 Dyer Ave. No. 2.

As a result of a disturbance at 163 Julia St. No. 3 on Feb. 6 around 2 a.m., Officer Sirois arrested Robert Woodson, 51, of 163 Julia St. No. 3 in Cranston for domestic-felony assault, weapons other than firearms prohibited and domestic-disorderly conduct. Woodson was then held for arraignment.

DISORDERLY

Melvin Torres, 22, of 1325 Cranston St. No. 3 in Cranston, was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct on Feb. 6 at 1 a.m. by Officer Smith as a result of a disturbance at 1325 Cranston St. No. 2. Torres was held for arraignment.

Officers McIntyre and Leonard arrested Charles Souza, 58, of 40 Burnside Ave. Apt No. 2 in East Providence for domestic disorderly conduct on Feb. 3 at 4:33 p.m. as a result of the East Providence Police Department arresting him on a Cranston Police Department warrant. He was arraigned by a justice of the peace and released.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Following a motor vehicle stop at 1750 Broad St. on Jan. 31 at 9:03 p.m., Officers Lavey and Reis arrested Michael Perry, 46, of 71 Babcock St. in Providence, for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense. He was held overnight for arraignment. LARCENY

On Jan. 31 at 8:13 p.m., Officers McIntyre and Leonard arrested Lauren Pandora, 23, of 62 Waterman Ave. in Cranston, for larceny under $1,500. Her arrest is the result of an attempted pick-up at the aforementioned address, and she was arraigned by a justice of the peace and released.

POSSESSION

Max Walters, 38, of 235 Curry Road in Cranston, was arrested on Feb. 4 at 11:28 a.m. for possession of schedule I-V drugs (crack) and driving on a suspended license following a traffic stop on Union Avenue. He then awaited arraignment by justice of the peace.

SEXUAL OFFENDER

Richard Giles, 49, of 1612 Broad St. Apt No. 1 in Cranston, was arrested on Feb. 3 at 9:24 p.m. by Officers Lavey and Reis arrested for a Cranston Police Department arrest warrant for a sexual offender address change as a result of West Warwick Police arresting him on a Cranston arrest warrant. He was held overnight as a probation violator.

SHOPLIFTING

After a call for service at the Kmart on 296 Garfield Ave. on Feb. 3 at 3:01 p.m. Officers McIntyre and Leonard arrested Lisa Dacchioli, 35, of 53 Lazywood Lane in Tiverton, for shoplifting. She was arraigned by a justice of the peace and released.

SUSPENDED LICENSE

On Feb. 5 at 10:34 a.m., Officer Brown arrested Joshua Boutros, 24, of 110 E Pasquisett Trail in Charlestown, for a driving on a suspended license, third offense, after a traffic stop on Cranston Street. He was issued a Third District court summons to appear.

TRESPASSING

Officer McCoy arrested Tammy Vorse, 42, of no particular address, on Feb. 5 at 10:34 a.m. for willful trespass as a result of a Cranston Police Department warrant based on a previous incident. She was held awaiting arraignment by justice of the peace.

Terrell Colbert, 41, of 948 Cranston St. in Cranston, was arrested on Feb. 2 at 12:40 p.m. by Officers Dempsey and Murray for willful trespass as a result of a call for service.

VANDALISM

On Feb. 3 at 10:22 p.m., Officers Dagnese and D. Dempsey arrested Valerie Johnston, 59, of 69 Fenner St. in Cranston, for domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct as a result of a call for service at 1361 Elmwood Ave. She was held overnight as a bail violator.

WARRANT

After a call for service for suspicious activity at 1177 Reservoir Ave., Officer J. Pariseault arrested Steven Fuller, 33, who is homeless, on Feb. 3 9:09 p.m., for a Third District and Sixth District Court bench warrant. He was transported to intake.

Jeffrey Souza, 50, of 460 Charles Street in Providence, was arrested on Feb. 3 at 10:51 a.m. by Officer Clifford for a bench warrant and a Providence Police Department warrant as a result of a vehicle stop. He was then turned over to the Providence Police Department.

On Feb. 2 at 5:40 p.m., Officers Lavey and Reis arrested Nelson Herrarte, 46, of 129 Whittier Ave. in Providence, for a Third District Court bench warrant as a result of a call for service at the CVS at 681 Reservoir Avenue. Herrarte was later transported to the ACI.

Officer Lavey and Reis arrested Byron Ortega, 39, of 125 Pine Street in Attleboro, Massachusetts, on Feb. 2 at 5:40 p.m. for a Superior Court bench warrant as a result of a call for service at the CVS at 681 Reservoir Ave. He was also transported to the ACI.

As a result of a call for service at 289 Legion Way on Feb. 2 at 5:40 p.m., Officers McIntyre and Leonard arrested Debra Mallett, 61, of 289 Legion Way in Cranston, for a Superior Court bench warrant and a fugitive from justice warrant and was held pending arraignment.
