 On 10/5/23 at 1610 hours, Officers arrested Luis Veliz, 37, of 87 Yale Ave, Providence, RI, for Domestic Breaking & Entering, Domestic Simple Assault and DUI 2nd Offense (BAC unknown) and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test as the result of a call for service at 5 Alto St.

Larceny

At approximately 0412hrs, Officers arrested Justin Prout, 41 of 24 Bracken St Cranston RI for (1) count of Larceny under $1500 and (1) count of Violation of a Trespass order. The arrest was the result of a self-initiated suspicious person contact at the construction site at Gladstone Elementary 5 Gladstone St and a subsequent investigation into the theft of copper pipes from the site.

Manufacturing and Possesion of Narcotics

 On 10/6/23 at 1155 hrs., Officers arrested Austin Freelove, 24, of 6 Fernbrook Ct. # 2 Cranston, RI for Manufac/Poss/Delivery of Schedule I/II and Possession of a Stolen Firearm. The arrest was the result of this subject being turned over to Cranston Police at 3rd District Court.

Disposition of Arrestee: Arraigned at 3rd District Court.

On 10/3/23, at approximately 1114 hrs, Officer and Sergeant arrested Katelyn Wilcox, 37, who is Homeless in Rhode Island for Obtaining Vehicles with Intent to Defraud. The arrest was the result of a Flock Hit for stolen vehicle.

On 10/3/23, at approximately 1114 hrs, Officer an Sergeant arrested Anthony Vittorioso III, 38, who is Homeless in Rhode Island for Possession of Schedule I/II under 10G- 1st offense, Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty, and Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest. The arrest was the result of a Flock Hit for stolen vehicle.

Procurement of Alcohol for Underage Person

On 10/8/23, at approximately 2110 Hours, Officers arrested Nicole J. Maldonado, (45), of 47 Abbott Street, Cranston, RI, for (1) count of Furnishing or Procurement of Alcoholic Beverages for Underage Persons. The arrest was the result of a call for service for a loud party at 47 Abbott Street.

On 10/5/23 at 0909 hrs., Officers arrested Orlando Goris, 38, of 802 Plainfield St. Providence, RI for Shoplifting. The arrest was the result of this subject being turned over to Cranston Police at 3rd District Court.
