Breaking and Entering

On 10/18/23 at 0719 hrs., Officers arrested Sharkym Brown, 28, of 38 Winthrop Ave. Providence, RI for Domestic Breaking and Entering, Domestic Simple Assault, Domestic Vandalism, and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of this subject being taken into custody on a previously issued arrest and affidavit warrant.

DUI

On 10/22/23, at approximately 0210 Hours, Officers arrested Peter K. Reed, (24), of 28 Harbor Villa Avenue Apt. F, Braintree, MA, for (1) count of Driving Under the Influence Liquor/Drugs - 1st Offense - BAC .15 or Greater (Phase I: .220 and Phase II: .218). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation in the area of 1400 Plainfield Pike.

Indecent Exposure

On 10/18/23 at 1000 hrs., Officers arrested James Gagnon, 29, of 460 Pine St. Cranston, RI for Indecent Exposure/Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service on the bike path in the area of 463 Oaklawn Ave.

Passing Counterfeits

On 10/17/23 at 1233 hrs., Officers arrested Michelle Pichardo, 35, of 63 March St. # C Providence, RI for (2) counts of Passing of Counterfeit Certificates/Bills/Notes and Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses O/$1,500. The arrest was the result of this subject being turned over to this department by RI State Police on a previously issued arrest and affidavit warrant.

On 10/19/23, at approximately 0908 hrs, Officer arrested Jason Brant, 43, of 680 Washington Apt #C, Coventry for Shoplifting . The arrest was the result of a call for service at Dave’s Marketplace at 550 Pontiac Ave.
