DOMESTIC ASSAULT

At 8:22 p.m., on Nov. 6, Cranston Police Officers arrested Christopher Conti, 32, of 196 Clarence St., Cranston, for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct as the result of a disturbance at his residence. Conti was arraigned by a Bail Commissioner and released.

FAIL TO REGISTER AS A SEX OFFENDER

At 6:58 p.m., Nov. 5, Cranston Police arrested Bruce Peavy, 70, of 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, for Sexual Offender Registration Required. The arrest was the result of a pick up at Providence Police Department. Peavy was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and remanded to the ACI as a bail or probation “Violator.”

DOMESTIC ASSAULT

At 1:29 p.m., Nov. 3, Cranston Police arrested John Fargnoli, 53, of 9 Farwell St., Cranston, for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at his address. Fargnoli was waiting arraignment.

SHOPLIFTING

At 11:46 a.m., Nov. 2, Cranston Police arrested Jonathan Smith, 26, of no given address, Cranston, for Shoplifting and four outstanding Superior Court bench warrants. The arrest was the result of a call for service at Stop and Shop, 204 Garfield Ave. Smith was transported to 3rd District Court for arraignment.

SEX OFFENDER ADDRESS CHANGE

At 6:45 p.m., Nov. 1, Cranston Police arrested Frederick Gibson, 49, of 35 Howard Ave, Cranston, for Sexual Offender Address Change as the result of a attempted pickup on a Cranston warrant at 30 Howard Ave, Cranston. Gibson was arraigned and sent to the ACI as a probation violator.

FALSE REPORT

At 2:02, Nov. 1, Cranston Police arrested Robert Assad, 46, of 464 Silver Spring St., Providence, on a Cranston warrant for False Report of a Crime, after Providence Police arrested him on the Cranston warrant. Assad was arraigned and sent to the ACI as a probation violator.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT

At 12:59 p.m., Nov. 1, Cranston Police arrested Tiara Sempritt, 23, of 132 Fordson Ave., Apt. 7, Cranston, on a Providence Police Warrant for Domestic Simple Assault. The arrest was the result for an attempt pickup at 132 Fordson Ave. Sempritt was released to Providence Police.

WILLFUL TRESPASS

At 9:50 p.m., Oct. 30, Cranston Police arrested Henry Beausoleil, 34, of no known address, for Willful Trespass as a result of a trespassing complaint at 350 Station St. Beausoleil was held for morning Court as a Bail Violator.
