LAST WEEK’S

ASSAULT: At 2:33 p.m. on Nov. 12, Cranston Police arrested David Francisco, 44, of 133 Dunedin Street, Cranston, for Assault on a Person Over 60 Causing Bodily Injury, Domestic Assault on a Person Over 60 Causing Bodily Injury, and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance at 28 Wakefield Avenue, Cranston. Francisco was arraigned by a bail commissioner and released.

BREAKING AND ENTERING:  At 2:30 a.m. on Nov. 9, Cranston Police arrested Michael Coscina, 33, of 23 Vermont Street, Apt. 3, under the 24 hour domestic rule for Domestic Breaking and Entering. Coscina was transported to the Glocester Police Department.

CHILD ABUSE: At 7:21 p.m. on Nov. 10, Cranston Police arrested Kathryn Yergeau, 34, of 15 Williams Avenue, East Providence, for Second Degree Child Abuse. The arrest was the result of a pick up at the East Providence Police Department. Yergeau was arraigned by a justice of the peace and released.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT: At 6:26 a.m. on Nov. 11, Cranston Police arrested Christopher Blair, 50, of 45 Glenwood Avenue, Cranston, for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Blair was arraigned by a justice of the peace and remanded to the ACI.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT: At 4:25 p.m. on Nov. 12, Cranston Police arrested James Carpenter, 38, of 144 Sinclair Avenue, Cranston, for a Providence Police warrant of Domestic Assault. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop of Reservoir Avenue. Carpenter was turned over to Providence Police.

DUI: At 4:15 a.m. on Nov. 11, Cranston Police arrested Daniel Garcia Ruiz, 23, of 350 Webster Avenue, Cranston, for DUI and breathalyzer refusal. The arrest was a result of an accident investigation at 324 Webster Avenue. Garcia Ruiz is awaiting arraignment.

MDMA POSSESSION: At 12:02 a.m. on Nov. 13, Cranston Police arrested Joseph Goodrich, 31, of 25 Belfield Drive, Johnston, for Possession of Schedule I (MDMA) Under 10 Grams. The arrest was the result of a check for a BOLO broadcast by North Providence Police. Goodrich was held as a violator pending arraignment.

SHOPLIFTING:  At 1:49 p.m. on Nov. 7, Cranston Police arrested Keith Boisvert, 38, homeless, for Felony Shoplifting and a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant. The arrest was the result of a call for a shoplifting at Bob’s Store at 1400 Oaklawn Avenue. Boisvert is awaiting arraignment as a bail violator.

SHOPLIFTING: At 5:08 p.m. on Nov. 7, Cranston Police arrested Janay Wilcox, 36, of 57 Brownell Street, Providence for Felony Shoplifting. The arrest was the result of a call for shoplifting at the Stop and Shop at 204 Garfield Ave. Wilcox was arraigned by a bail commissioner and released.

SHOPLIFTING AND CONSPIRACY: At 6:33 p.m. on Nov. 10, Cranston Police arrested Juan Segura Pinales, 28, of 31 Dorchester Avenue Apt #2, Providence, for Shoplifting, Conspiracy, and a 6th District Court Bench Warrant. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the Walmart at 1776 Plainfield Pike. Segura Pinales was arraigned by a justice of the peace and remanded to the ACI.

STOLEN VEHICLE PARTS: At 9:57 a.m. on Nov. 7, Cranston Police arrested Jesus Nieves, 43, of 36 Frederick Street, Providence on a warrant for Possession of Stolen Vehicle Parts and Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses. The arrest was the result of Nieves turning himself in at headquarters. He was transported to 3rd District Court for arraignment.

VANDALISM: At 7:52 p.m. on Nov. 10, Cranston Police arrested Ryan Gautier, 35, of 16 Uxbridge Street, Cranston, for Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest. The arrest was the result of an attempted pick up at the aforementioned address. Gautier was arraigned by a justice of the peace and released.

VANDALISM AND DISORDERLY CONDUCT: At 11:02 p.m. on Nov. 10, Cranston Police arrested Donovan Guzman Gonzalez, 28, of 67 Leonard Road, East Providence, for Vandalism and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was a result of a call for service at TopGolf, 120 Sockanosset Cross Roads. Guzman Gonzalez was arraigned by a justice of the peace and released.

THIS WEEK:

ASSAULT: At 10:49 p.m. on Nov. 17, Cranston Police arrested Vincent Cromartie, 35, of 43 Butler Street, Cranston, for License or Permit Required for Carrying Pistol, Large Capacity Feeding Device Prohibited, three counts of Simple Assault, Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest, and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address and subsequent follow up. Cromartie is awaiting arraignment by a justice of the peace.

ASSAULT: At 7:33 p.m. on Nov. 19, Cranston Police arrested Michael Kay, 32, of no permanent address, for Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of an assault that occurred at Garrett’s Market, 1036 Reservoir Avenue. Kay was arraigned and sent to the ACI as a violator.

COCAINE POSSESSION: At 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 20, Cranston Police arrested Leah Mincey, 33, of 25 Strathcona Road and Jamey J. Scheer, 31, same address, for 1 Count of Manufacturing / Selling / Possession w/Intent to Manufacture / Sell Schedule I/II (Cocaine), 1 Count of Distributing a Controlled Substance Near a School, 1 Count of Maintaining a Common Nuisance / Controlled Substances, and 1 Count of Conspiracy resulting from the execution of a court authorized search warrant at the above listed address. Both were sent to the ACI.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT: At 11:00 p.m. on Nov. 13, Cranston Police arrested Scott J. Wright, 30, of 11 Imperial Avenue, Cranston, for Domestic Assault by Strangulation, Domestic Disorderly Conduct and Domestic Refusal to Relinquish Telephone. The arrest was the result of a disturbance call at the aforementioned address. Wright is awaiting arraignment.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT: At 7:51 p.m. on Nov. 14, Cranston Police arrested Brandon Caicedo, 26, of 50 Common Street, Providence, for a Providence Police warrant of Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of the subject turning himself in at Cranston Police headquarters. Caicedo was processed and turned over to Providence Police.

FELONY ASSAULT: At 3:49 p.m. on Nov. 18, Cranston Police arrested Allison Luciano, 37, of 2094 Phenix Avenue, Cranston, for two counts of Felony Assault/Dangerous Weapon and one count of Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property. The arrest was the result of the State Police making an apprehension based on a previously issued affidavit and arrest warrant out of the Cranston Police Department. Luciano was arraigned by the bail commissioner and released.

LARCENY: At 1:14 p.m. on Nov. 17, Cranston Police arrested Steven Delibero, 56, of 75 Mathewson Street  Apt. #107B, Cranston, for one count of larceny under $1500. The arrest was the result of an investigation at Randal Manor, 75 Mathewson Street. Delibero was transported to 3rd District Court.

LARCENY: At 1:15 p.m. on Nov. 19, Cranston Police arrested Andrew Champagnie, 33, of 63 Grantland Road, Cranston, for larceny under $1500. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 63 Grantland Road. Champagnie was given a Release to Appear and transported to the hospital.

NO CONTACT ORDER VIOLATION: At 7:36 a.m. on Nov. 15, Cranston Police arrested Darren Gomes, 41, of 1119 Douglas Avenue Apt. #5, Providence, for three counts of Violation of a No Contact Order. The arrest was the result of a pick up by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Gomes was transported to 3rd District Court.

POSSESSION OF STOLEN VEHICLE: At 1:08 a.m. on Nov. 17, Cranston Police arrested Chan Khunpasee, 31, of 575 Dyer Avenue, Apt. L-95, Cranston, for Possession of Stolen Vehicle and Conspiracy. The arrest was the result of a Flock Hit. Khunpasee is awaiting arraignment.

POSSESSION OF STOLEN VEHICLE: At 1:08 a.m. on Nov. 18, Cranston Police arrested Jessica Maynard, 37, of 23 Davis Street, Presque Isle, Maine, for Possession of Stolen Vehicle, Conspiracy and five bench warrants. The arrest was the result of a Flock Hit. Maynard is awaiting arraignment.

SEX OFFENDER ADDRESS CHANGE: At 10:36 a.m. on Nov. 16, Cranston Police arrested Shawn Burkhart, 47, of 30 Howard Avenue, Cranston, for Sexual Offender Address Change. The arrest was the result of a pick up by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Burkhart was transported to 3rd District Court.

VANDALISM: At 5:05 p.m. on Nov. 16, Cranston Police arrested Alrick Mendez, 47, of 28 Pendleton Street, Cranston, for Domestic Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Mendez was arraigned by a justice of the peace and released.

VANDALISM: At 7:19 p.m. on Nov. 19, Cranston Police arrested Albert Derobbio, 29, of 12 Intervale Road, Cranston, for Domestic Vandalism, Domestic Refusal to Relinquish Telephone, Domestic Disorderly Conduct, Vandalism, Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest and Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a disturbance at Garrett’s Market, 1036 Reservoir Avenue. Derobbio was arraigned by a bail commissioner and released.
