"$101 million south cargo ramp development" I hope this is a typo. Think of it: $100 million or more to service what FedEx expects to pay for the warehouse itself. What is this $100 million? Is it the airside - the planes coming in from all over the world? FAA funded? Or is it the cost of fixing the access for the trucks to get to the warehouse. In any event: the price of the Southside Freight Terminal has just doubled!
