At a Public Hearing to be held on Thursday, June 20th, 2024 at 6:00PM, in the 3rd Floor Conference Room of City Hall, 869 Park Ave, the HDC will review an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness, as follows:
Property: 238 Wilbur Avenue, AP 18, Lot 1784;
Applicant: Sarah Kern;
Contractor: Heritage Restoration, Inc.
Project Description: To repair and reconstruct the front, north side porch; finish trim repaired or replaced with vertical grain, pre-primed rot resistant wood; decking replaced with similar sized wood where necessary; front stairs, railings, and newel post replaced with wood, to match existing; replace two (2) rectangular, fixed windows to a similar size sash; light configuration changed to a square light surrounding a larger horizontal pane; in-kind replacement of specified shingles and clapboards using pre-primed solid vertical grain wood.
Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the City Clerk (461-1000, Ext. 3197) 72 hours in advance of the hearing.
