PROPOSED ORDINANCE 05-24-01 AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO UTILIZE EASTERN CRANSTON POLICE IMPACT FEES AND WESTERN CRANSTON IMPACT FEES TOWARDS POLICE RENT
It is Ordained by the City of Cranston City Council as follows:
Section 1. The City of Cranston is hereby authorized to utilize $15,612.00 of Eastern and Western Police Impact Fees to offset the Fiscal Year 2025 operating expense of Account 53209 “Rent” in Group 1202 “Police Department”.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its final adoption.
