The Memory Café: Back in person at the Center

Friday, July 9 from 10 to 11:30 a.m.Join Laurie Mantz on the second Friday of each month for a fun, interactive experience. The Memory Café is a monthly gathering of individuals with memory loss along with their caregivers, and/or friends and family members in a safe environment. A Journey to Relaxation: Mindful Meditation

Wednesday, July 14 at 10 a.m.Facilitator: Shahnee Lagor, RN, BSNMeditation can produce a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind. During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. This process can result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being. Shahnee will take us through the steps of meditation that can bring us to well being.

Our Dining Room will open for hot lunches beginning Monday, July 12th! Be sure to make your reservations one day in advance call 780-6134. Lunch is better when we eat together!

Annual Mayor’s Picnic

Food, refreshments and entertainment. Tickets go on sale July 12. The cost is $3 per person. Call Lisa at 780-6215 to make your reservation. Transportation will be provided from the center.
