The applicant is requesting a change of zone for Assessor’s Plat 8, Lots 203 & 2739 from M-1 to C-2 (neighborhood business) with conditions (the “Property”). The application states that the property is to be used for “mixed use (multi-family dwellings and restaurant)”.
